The scale factor is the ratio of the size image in scale and original size of the image.

Scale factor= new size/ original size

Here given that the length of the lorry is 9.5 m= 9.5*100 cm= 950 cm

But in scale, the length of the lorry is 10cm

scale factor =new size/ original size= 10/950= 1/95

Similarly for the person height of the person on the scale is given = 2cm
