Mass of an object will remain consistent no matter it's location. Mass is usually a measurement of matter in an object. It has both the property of a physical body and also the measure of its resistance to acceleration on application of a net force.
It helps to determine the strength between two bodies with mutual gravitational attraction. The units of mass is kilogram. Mass does not changes with the location whereas weight is found to be changes with location like space and earth.
