The question is asking to determine if the statement is true or false about the river system, which they are divided, and in my further understanding, base on the word divided, I would say that the answer is False, they are not in the same directions. The correct answer is false.

It is false that a divide separates river systems that travel in the same direction. A Divide is a mountain range that separates river systems that travel in opposing directions. In simple terms, water flows on one side and ends in a body of water. And on the other side of the Divide, water flows on the opposite side.
