Answer: amo a mi madre

I'm a native Spanish speaker. We almost never use pronouns because adding them is redundant. And we "amamos a" people or pets, but "amamos" things or activities, for example:

Amo a mi novia (I love my girlfriend)

Amo jugar futbol (I love playing soccer)

As for the second example, we're more likely to say "me encanta jugar futbol" though.
