The Native Americans were willing to temporarily be the military allies of European powers in North America as they are usually promised autonomy and "freedom". On top of that, it can also be a guarantee to being able to continue to stay on their native lands. A relationship with the Europeans would also open up access to European goods and weapons, which was proven superior against the traditional bow and arrows.

The government created by the Constitution created 3 branches, in which they shared equal amount of powers, and one branch could not become more powerful then another. The Founding Fathers used this principle to reflect their belief that it was a way to keep the US government from becoming that like the United Kingdom, in which it had a all-powerful Legislative Branch (House of Lord & Commons) that overshadowed that of all other branches.
