Your shift’s productivity is slow because one person is not pulling his share. The rest of the team is getting upset . What would you be most and least likely to do ?

Most likely to try/works things out with the person who’s not pulling his share.

Least likely to yell and scream at the person not pulling his share. Might get mad a little but I would hopefully try and not scream at the person not pulling his share.
