Answer: No,  I would probably joined the colonists and joined the Boston Tea Party, but since I am a girl/female they wouldn't have let me do anything concerning the war except for maybe being a nurse

If I were a member of the British parliament in the 1760s,

  • I would not have supported George III's attempt to consolidate power.

If I were a member of the British Parliament, representing the American colony, I would not have supported King George III's attempt to unite the dissenting territories and keep them loyal.

This is because the acts of oppression from the monarchy were getting to their brim. The Stamp Act and Townshend Acts were some of these.

I would have trusted in America's ability to win the war against them and become an independent territory.
