Your teacher ask you to design an experiment to test the effect of fertilizer on plant growth. Design a controlled experiment that would answer this question be sure to identify
The independent and dependent variable
The controlled variable
The same size and number if trails
The experimental groups and control

Respuesta :

Explanation:

Alright!

So, this is how the experiment would work:

- Have three pots of plants.

- One will receive no fertilizer at all, kept in daylight and given water regularly. (Control Group)

- Another will receive the recommended amount of fertilizer, kept in the same conditions as the other plant. (Experimental Group)

- Yet another will receive 2x the recommended amount of fertilizer, kept in the same conditions as the others (Also experimental!)

Yeah, that's it!

The independent variable is the amount of fertilizer you give to each plant.

The dependent variable is the height, leafiness, and overall health of the plant!

The controlled variables are everything else: The sunlight, the air surrounding the plant, the breed of plant, the soil of the plant, the water dosage, and all that!

Hope this helped! :_
