When The US would have been considering that only any European powers which were attempts to colonize also that interfere with any nation in the Western Hemisphere to be a hostile act.
Therefore that If a European nation tried to control over there interfere with a nation in the Western Hemisphere, would be the United States view it as a hostile act against this nation.
