So we know that Mateen’s time is 13 seconds.To find Rahman’s time we have to subtract to find how did it take him.So 13-5=8 seconds.Then to find Hannan’s time we add 3seconds from Rahman’s time.So we do 8+3=11 seconds.So Hannan’s time is 11 seconds.
