1) An object will not change its motion unless a force acts on it

example: A bicycle not used for a long time, comes out of its inertia when someone uses it. Or when it is pedaled.

2) The force on an object is equal to its mass times its acceleration.

example: Pushing a car is easier than pushing a truck because the mass of the car is less than the mass of the truck.

3) When two objects interact, they apply forces to each other of equal magnitude and opposite direction

example: When you walk, your legs apply a force to the ground.
