Email is the most common function used in Outlook. Use the drop-down menus to complete the following sentences. By default, the folder is the first folder you will be viewing. When you compose an email, it appears in the folder, when you send it, it appears in the Sent Items folder. Unread messages appear Yin the subject line, with a blue vertical bar next to it. Messages will be marked as read when you view them in the pane.
