Two juveniles, ages 16 and 17, drag racing before school in a residential neighborhood. They are approaching a stop sign and one car stops while the other goes through it and collides with another vehicle (veh 3). Vehicle 3 is redirected and runs through a landscaping wall where it hits a landscaper who is cutting the grass. The landscaper ultimately dies of an aneurysm. The vehicle that stopped for the stop sign leaves and goes back to the school. The speed at impact is 52 miles per hour in a posted 25 mph zone. During the collision, debris from the vehicles flew and struck another vehicle that was approaching the intersection.
What are the charges, if any?
