Cooking a Roll

Explanation: When you put the roll into an oven it is a light tan color and it is small and flat. When you take the roll out of the oven the roll is bigger and taller and has a golden brown top. This is a physical change because all of the ingredients in the roll did not change and the roll is still a roll it just cooked.
