Of all the myths that you've come across in this course (including this lab) and in your education and life prior to this course, which one is your favorite? Why? What is the myth about?

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

Unfortunately, you did not include the myths that you've come across in your course (including your lab). You forgot to mention them, so we do not know what they are.

However, trying to help you, we can comment on the following.

My favorite myth is the belief that Cristopher Columbus discovered the Americas when he arrived on the Island of Trinidad y Tobago in the Caribbean, on October 12, 1492.

It is my favorite myth because most people believe it because it is part of what teachers teach in school, and nobody asks what happened before with the Vikings arriving in the zone of Minnesota or Americo Vespuccio's incursions into the American territory.

That is why it is a myth. It is a story told once, twice, and so many times, that it is accepted by mainstream education.
