Additionally surround yourself by people who are doing these good habits, people who you want to be like. If you are surrounded by those you want to help their will be no one to help you. Additionally if you have similar goals it will help you thrive. Whatever the new habit is you need to do it when it is hard you need to push yourself and resist the habit you want to quit or resist not doing it. Force yourself to do it when it is hard, when you want to cry, because the more your commit to this habit and do it the more it will become routine and the more it will become easier.
