No, abortions aren't wrong for teens because at a young age teenagers aren't usually able or ready to provide the correct environment for a child yet. Child care needs many things and a teen isn't going to always be ready to provide everything a child needs. If a teen is able to provide all the necessities then that great, and if the teen is ready for a child then I think its a great idea for them to have a child if they please.
