It seems obviouse how A law that makes it illegal for person's under the age of 21 to drive with any amount of alcohol in their blood.Because the law says that you cant drink under 21 years old.A doesnt make sence because you dont need a licence to drink alcahol above 21 or under 21.C the law had never passed a bill that it was a new drivers law.D the "Zero-tolerance laws make it a criminal DUI offense for drivers under the age of 21 to drive with even a small amount of alcohol in their system". kinda does make sence but in my opinion its B for sure.
