as to the third law every object has an equal and opposite reaction. therefore the the stone is forwarded as a result of the force applied. as to the first law, an object in motion will move at uniform velocities because of the unbalanced force. As to 2nd law, the acceleration is directly proportioal to magnitude of the net force. therefore the more force you apply from the catapault, the further it will go.'
