From what I can tell from this problem, 130° and y° look to be both on the same 180° horizontal line. To find what y is, you just gotta subtract 130 from 180 and you get 50°. So y° is really, 50°.
Now for the x°. Even though we don't know what the numbers add up to in this diagram, let's assume since all triangles add up to 180° (and quadrilaterals are comprised of two triangles), that all angles of this quadrilateral are supposed to equal 360°.
