I don't really get why your question is written this way, but I went ahead and graphed both

Also, to turn 2x - y = 2 to slope intercept form, first subtract 2x (since it's positive) to move it to the other side of the equal sign. Now you're left with -y = -2x + 2. Since we can't have a negative y, we'll have to flip all the signs to their inverse, so instead of -y = -2x + 2 , now we have

y = 2x -2.
