The answer is A-inertia.
This is because inertia keeps the objects moving in the same direction when no forces act upon them. So in our case, when the bus takes a sharp turn, inertia causes you to continue moving in the same direction the bus was moving prior to the turn, until of course your arm grabs the pole or you stop yourself from moving.
