That Supreme Court case was about how black education was unequal to white education, as their schools and systems were different where the black educational buildings were falling apart and in need of serious maintenance while white educational buildings were in complete luxury. It was then that they explained this was unfair and unconstitutional for people to get special privileges based on their race, and the Supreme Court established the, "Separate but Equal" Act where blacks and whites would study separately but in equivalent educational buildings.
