After a short while some of the people had forty-one people that they believed they were Rosenhan collogues. However, he never sent anyone out at all. The conclusion was that the hospital would not be able to tell the difference between a sane person to an insane person. The experiment also showed that once you have an impression on someone it is hard to change that impression.
