Traditional Impact of Polytheism: Because of many gods to please, people often would host large parades and festivals in honor of gods to gain favor with that god.

Combat Effects of Polytheism: Often, in ancient civilizations, there was a god of war. In war, the goal was to kill as many of the enemy as possible to gain the favor of your war god.
