What are the structures and functions of the parts of the reproductive system and excretory system?

Respuesta :

The primary reproductive organs are the gonads, which produce the gametes and hormones. The secondary, or accessory, structures transport and sustain the gametes and nurture the developing offspring. Organs of excretion include the skin , liver , large intestine , lungs , and kidneys (see Figure 16.2. 2). Together, these organs make up the excretory system . They all excrete wastes, but they don't work together in the same way that organs do in most other body systems.

reproductive system:

The primary reproductive organs are the gonads, which produce the gametes and hormones. The secondary, or accessory, structures transport and sustain the gametes and nurture the developing offspring. The male reproductive system consists of the testes, duct system, accessory glands, and pe nis.

excretory system:

The primary excretory organs in the human body are the kidneys, ureters and urinary bladder, involved with the creation and expulsion of u rine. Through these organs, much of the nitrogenous waste of the body, especially ur ea, is expelled.
