Alrighty! So parallelograms have a property where the sides across from one side are equal (so left and right sides are equal and bottom and top sides are equal). In this problem the sides across from each other are XY and WZ, and XW and YZ. (just drawing it out will help!)

Since we know XW (2x + 7) and YZ (53) are equal, we can set them equal like this to find x:
2x + 7 = 53
-7 from both sides!
2x = 46
Divide 2 from both sides
x = 23

Now since we know x we can plug it into XY (3x - 6) and then find the value of XY which will be the value of WZ (what we are looking for).

So just plug it in like so:
3(23) - 6
69 -6
63

63 is that value of WZ, you answer!
