1)  61% percent of that water leaves the ground through evapotranspiration. 

38% percent of the water flows into the Atlantic Ocean & Gulf of Mexico.

2) South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi 


3) Abundance of wetlands,Frequent flooding,Difficulty navigating the state
