Restrictions during declaration of Emergency
- No anti nationalist protest or program can be done
- Any candle march or protest against the government is prohibited
- The police gets the permission for arrest anyone who they think disturbing
- The only thing can one do is to place a PIL at Supreme court or write to the president because they are the only two who can save you

- Any war or earlier situation
- Any intercountry violence or protest
- If the governer observe that any harm gonna be done to government property or state
