Titles of short poems, articles, and songs are works that use quotation marks.

What types of works use quotation marks for their titles?

Quotation marks are used to mention small pieces such as songs, poems, articles, essays, T.V. episodes or short stories.

On the other hand, italics are used to mention longer pieces such as albums, films or novels.

An example would be:

"Ozymandias" by Percy Bysshe Shelley.  Use of quotation marks to indicate it is a poem.

The Big Sleep by Raymond Chandler. Use of italics to indicate it is a novel.
