Each friend had 2/5 of a bag of peanuts leftovers and they should've bought 2 fewer bags
Which means that there are 2 extra bags
So 2/5 multiplied by the number of friends gives you 2 extra bags
Let x be the number of friends
x(2/5) = 2
2x = 10
x = 5
So 5 friends went to the game.
