Assuming that there are 3 jelly filled ones, 5 lemon filled ones, and 16 custard filled donuts, we get that there is a 16/24 chance of selecting a custard filled donut due to that there are 24 total and there are 16 custard filled ones. After that, there are now 23 donuts left due to that you already took one. Therefore, since there are 3 jelly filled donuts, we do 3/23. Since we need to figure out how to combine them, we multiply them to get (3/23)*16/24 = around 0.09=around 0.09 percent
