The atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide are expected to increase in the future because of increasing numbers of vehicles as well as industrial area.

How automobiles and industries affect the atmospheric concentrations of carbon dioxide ?

All the industries, automobiles and other sources of carbon , releases large amount of carbon dioxide which further accumulate to increases the concentration of CO2 in the atmosphere.

Enhanced carbon concentration in the atmosphere restricts the escape of heat from the earth (Green house effect) thereby increasing the temperature of earth. Thus, first the carbon dioxides is released, then its concentration increases and lastly the global temperature rises.

Thus,  increasing numbers of vehicles as well as of industrial area is the main concern.
