Let us cell U because $0.15/minute and hour equals 9 dollars an hour and Cell for fewer charges $10.50/hour while Let us cell you cost 9 dollars an hour.   
Cell U - 0.15 per min = long distance
Cell for less- 10.50/hr + 0.10 min for partial/hr if average = to 5hrs 15 min a month .

5*60 =300 + 15 =315 * 0.15= 47.25monthly=Cell U
5* 10.50 =52.50+1.50=54.00 monthly cell for less

You would save 6.75 monthly with cell u
