This program ensures that each day of school day one poem is read. 2005 was a special year because the magazine awarded the “Mark Twain Prize for Humor in Poetry to Collins, the first award ever by the magazine. On Turning Ten is one of his poems compiled into a book called ”The art of Drowning”, published in 1995.
