If the first digit of two different numbers is in a hundred million place, then these numbers contain the same amount of digits.
1. Compare first digits that are in a hundred million place, if one of them is greater, then this number is greater, if they are equal, then
2. compare second gigits that are in a ten million place. If one of them is greater, then this number is greater, if they are equal, then
3. compare third gigits that are in a million place. If one of them is greater, then this number is greater, if they are equal, then
and so on.
If all digits are the same (on the same places), then the numbers are equal, otherwise you will determine the greater number comparing all consecutive digits.
