Why are computers considered to be an oversimplified model of the mind's processing of information? computer information input is pre-coded and ambiguities are removed before processing. computer information is far too complex for such a comparison to be accurate. computer information is too mathematically based for such a comparison to be accurate. computers are currently unable to perform tasks better than humans?

Computer information input is pre-coded and ambiguities are removed before processing. This is definitely not the case with the human mind. The human mind receives ambiguities all of the time in everyday life and must figure out how to deal with them
