Area of semi-circle (d = 58 so r = 29)
= 1/2 π (29)^2 
= 420.5π

Area of small circle: (r = 5)
= π (5)^2 
= 25π

there are 3 small circles = 3 x 25π = 75π

so

Area of shaded : 420.5π - 75π  = 345.5 π
