Use Newton's second law of motion:
Force = (mass) x (acceleration) .
Take that formula, write ' 65 kg ' in place of 'mass', and
write ' 0.3 m/s² ' in place of 'acceleration', and solve it
for Force.
I know absolutely positively that you can take over and finish it
