Apartments/Condos
You would pay monthly for services to be done for you such as someone taking out the trash for you and cutting the lawn for you, but you still have to pay as much as given. If you are ok with keeping up with deadlines and timing then this is a good option. You are also limited to painting your walls and adding certain furniture or appliances. In some apartments, you cannot have a washing machine, instead, you have to go to a laundry matt. And Also there is no proper address just a P.O. box.

Permanent Homes
You only have to pay once a year to keep your house. This means you can control whatever you what such as installing new furniture to painting your walls whatever color. You also have a proper address.

Renting a home within someone else's
You have to pay a rent I don't know how often but it is like an apartment. You can't control anything without permission such as installing a new television. You and the person renting you this place are under the same address. If mail is sent some might say "to the people of blank household" and such or "the blank residents" I believe you are under a contract not so sure though.

I hope I helped you by describing most of the pros and cons of each house. If there was an answer choice hopefully this helps you decide which one is correct. Please make me brainliest if it helped you out in any way.
