The business environment and technological innovation in the modern and during the late 1800s and early 1900s are still the same because the economic structure is still on free enterprises and the government policies supported such economic structure. Also the government tends to be Laissez-faire regarding to economic and business sector which allowed free enterprises and innovations to bloom. The weaknesses is that the US culture tends to be Laissez-faire regarding in such field or sector but it can also be a strength by having a freedom in the field and less regulation from the government.
