The members of a chorus agree to buy at least 250 tickets for and outside concert. They buy 20 fewer ow tickets that balcony tickets. What is the lowest number of balcony tickets bought

135 tickets on the balcony and 115 ow tickets. 

This is because you can set balcony equal to x and ow equal to x - 20. Then you can add them together and set equal to 250. Simplify and solve for x.
