Let 'T' be the total number of newspapers.

Newspapers distributed by girl alone in 55 minutes = T

Newspapers distributed by girl alone in 1 minute = T/55

Newspapers distributed by girl and boy in 20 minutes = T

Newspapers distributed by girl and boy in 1 minutes = T/20

Newspapers distributed by boy alone in 1 minute = T/20 - T/55 = 7T/220

On solving, total time taken by boy to distribute newspapers = 31.11 minutes
