The Holocaust violated human rights by stripping people of everything they had a right to and refusing to treat them humanely.The two rights that were violated were.the right to no unfair detainment and the right to a fair and free world are violated.
The right to no unfair detainment and rights to a fair and free world is important because it helps to make sure people are not falsely confined for no appropriate reason. Like the fact that Jews were counted to make sure no had escaped or left and were forced out of there homes. There freedom was also heavily dictated.They were also cut off to all of society as well as the harsh treatment in the camps. Eventually leading to there tragic and horrible deaths in Auschwitz.
